About this integration
CloudWaitress runs self-serve online ordering for pickup, delivery, and dine-in, with a storefront restaurants configure themselves. Connected to NX Restaurant through KitchenHub, those web orders are captured in real time and folded into the same prep flow as every other channel.
The menu is managed in NX and published outward, carrying nested modifiers, category availability, and prep instructions. When something runs out, automatic 86ing takes it off CloudWaitress along with your marketplace listings.
Orders arrive fast enough to matter during a rush, and the kitchen never has to look at a second screen to find them.
