About this integration
DoorDash is the largest delivery marketplace in the US, and for most restaurants it is the single biggest third-party channel. Connected to NX Restaurant through KitchenHub, every DoorDash order — Marketplace, Storefront, and Caviar alike — arrives as a normal NX ticket, fires to the correct kitchen station, and lands in your reports next to the orders your servers ring in.
Menus run the other direction. Build once in NX and your DoorDash listing follows, carrying nested modifiers, pricing, and prep instructions. 86 an item mid-rush and it disappears from DoorDash before the next guest can order it, which protects both your ticket times and your store rating.
