Grubhub — and Seamless, which runs on the same network — is a mainstay in dense urban markets and on college campuses. Connected to NX Restaurant through KitchenHub, orders from both brands flow into one queue and fire to the kitchen automatically, so the tablet comes off the pass for good.
Menu management happens in NX. Build the menu once and it publishes to Grubhub and Seamless together, nested modifiers and prep notes included. Sell out of an item and automatic 86ing removes it from the listing before it costs you a cancellation.
Every order is tracked end to end, so you can see what has been accepted, what is in prep, and what has been picked up without opening a second system.
