The Star Micronics mG-T series connects directly to NX Restaurant, so weight captures into the ticket and prices itself against the item you rang. These are NTEP and Measurement Canada certified with Class III accuracy, which is what legal-for-trade actually requires when you charge by the pound.
Three capacities cover most operations at 12, 30, and 60 pounds, with a 13.5 by 10.4 inch platter big enough for real containers. Connectivity is USB-C, Bluetooth, or serial depending on model. Scales are purchased separately; talk to us about which one fits your counter.
