About this integration
Uber Eats brings a broad, high-frequency delivery audience, and it is one of the three marketplaces most NX restaurants run. Through the KitchenHub connection, Uber Eats orders drop straight into NX Restaurant and fire to the kitchen the same way a server-entered ticket does — no re-keying, no separate screen to monitor.
Your Uber Eats menu is managed from NX. Prices, nested modifiers, category availability, and prep instructions all sync out, so a single change updates every channel at once instead of once per platform. When you run out of something, automatic 86ing pulls it from the listing immediately.
Because prep and pickup status flows back through NX, expo can see where every Uber Eats order stands without anyone walking over to check a tablet.
